Important Points
  1. The amount of a Coupon can be decided by the Retailor
  2. One sets of packet containing minimum of 100 number of coupon
  3. The Retailor should directly make the payment of coupon amount to the bank account of Tiago only, not by the Executive through. After the receipt of coupon amount, the coupon will be distributed to the seller within 06 days of displaying the advertisement in Mobile application.
  4. The advertisement for updation may sent through the e-mail of Tiago ie tiagofreespotads@gmail.com
  5. Tiago will create /design the advertisement, notice, picture message, voice message and text message of the shop. A separate charge will be applicable for the same.
  6. Tiago meet the expenditure of the advertisement of the shop given in the coupon. Also if any updation/modification in the advertisement, will accept after 130 days.
  7. The seller can transfer the amount from their FB Account to their Bank Account at any time, after intimating the same to Tiago.
  8. If the seller may be failed to renewal of the coupon, the online advertisement will be automatically removed after 70 days.
  9. The amount collected by Tiago from the seller will be distributed to the customer as 60% to 70%. Balance amount utilised by Tiago as the expenditure of printing online software advertisement, salary of Field workers etc.
  10. . If any delay may occurrence or any problem persists, the company will be responsible for solve the problem within 24 hours and the admin can replay the amount to users account.
  11. The company is ready to make an agreement with each retailors
  1. കൂപ്പണിന്‍റെ തുക വ്യാപാരിക്കു നിശ്ചയിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്.
  2. വ്യാപാരിക്കു നൽകുന്ന കൂപ്പൺ മിനിമം 100 എണ്ണം വീതമുള്ള സെറ്റുകളാണ്.
  3. കൂപ്പൺ വില വ്യാപാരി കമ്പനിയുടെ അകൗണ്ടിൽ നിക്ഷേപിച്ചു Mobile Application-ൽ പരസ്യം നല്കിയതിനുശേഷം 06 ദിവസത്തിനുള്ളിൽ കൂപ്പൺ അച്ചടിച്ചു നൽകുന്നതാണ്.
  4. വ്യാപാരിയുടെ പരസ്യങ്ങൾ, നോട്ടീസ്, പിക്ച്ചർ മെസ്സേജ്, വോയിസ് മെസ്സേജ്, ടെസ്റ്റ് മെസ്സേജ് എന്നിവ കമ്പനി ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്. അതിനു പ്രേത്യേകം ചാർജ് ഈടാക്കുന്നതാണ്
  5. കൂപ്പണിലെയും മൊബൈൽ ആപ്ലിക്കേഷനിലേയും പരസ്യങ്ങൾ കമ്പനി ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്. പിന്നീടുള്ള പരസ്യങ്ങളുടെ Updation സൗകര്യങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ് (Minimum 130 ദിവസത്തിന് ശേഷം).
  6. വ്യാപാരിക്കും അവരുടെ FB (Freeback) Account-ൽ ഉള്ള തുക എപ്പോൾ വേണമെങ്കിലും കമ്പനിയെ അറിയിച്ച ശേഷം Bank Account-ലേക്ക് Transfer ചെയ്യാവുന്നതാണ്
  7. വ്യാപാരിയുടെ Online പരസ്യങ്ങൾ കൂപ്പൺ പുതുക്കി വാങ്ങാത്തപക്ഷം 70 ദിവസത്തിനു ശേഷം കമ്പനി തുടർന്നു പരസ്യം നൽകുകയില്ല
  8.  കൂപ്പൺ തുകയായി വ്യാപാരി നൽകുന്ന തുകയിൽ 60% - 70% ഉപഭോക്താക്കൾക്കു Digital Money ആയി നൽകുകയും ബാക്കി തുക കൂപ്പൺ Printing Online Software Advertisement നൽകുന്നതിനായി ചിലവഴിക്കുന്നു.

Terms and Conditions for Executives

Important Points
  1. 1. Company hereby appoints the Executives for its marketing/promoting purposes and services in a specified area.
  2. 2. To introduce the App to the Retailors and added to the Marketing System
  3. 3. To ensure the future necessary assistance ie. distribution of TIAGO Freeback Coupon to the Retailors as and when the Retailor needed.
  4. 4. The Executive should follow the Terms & Conditions to the Retailors.
  5. 5. If any Executive will violates the Terms & Conditions, Company has the right to do the necessary proceedings against to such Executive.
  6. 6. The salary to the executive is on commission basis. 10% of commission will be added to their FB a/c within 24 hours of added a retailor in tiago freespot
  7. 7. The model of advertisement should be send only the email ID of tiagofreespotads@gmail.com
